WinSCP has two user interfaces called Commander and Explorer. This interface has more features than the trimmed down Explorer interface. On the Initial User Settings screen, the tutorial will be using the Commander style of interface. Once downloaded, run the installer and step through the prompts accepting all of the defaults. The default WinSCP package will be in English but you can also download other translation packages. Open your favorite web browser, navigate to the WinSCP official download page and download the latest version of WinSCP.
